Will Culp is a graduate of Mitchell-Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is qualified as a neutral mediator and Guardian ad Litem.

Will has experience in several civil practice areas, including family, business, estate planning, probate, property, personal injury, and worker's compensation.

With a passion for helping families, Will navigates legal issues through negotiation, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He has advocated for parents’ rights as a board member of the National At-Home Dad Network, and he is the author of Better Off Dad published in 2011. He is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the Champaign County Bar Association.

Will resides in Mahomet, IL with his wife and three children where he enjoys running, coaching youth soccer, playing the guitar, and live music.
